A leading residential developer within the construction industry is seeking a Health and Safety manager to Develop, implement, and maintain the company's Health & Safety Management System across all residential developments.ResponsibilitiesAct as the lead competent person for health and safety within the organisation.Ensure full compliance with the Safety, Health and Welfare at Work Act 2005 and associated Construction Regulations.Advise senior management, project managers, and site teams on health and safety matters.Carry out regular site inspections, audits, and safety tours across multiple residential sites.Identify hazards and ensure suitable risk assessments and method statements (RAMS) are prepared and implemented.Monitor and manage contractor and subcontractor health and safety performance.Ensure compliance with duties of Client, Project Supervisor Design Process (PSDP), and Project Supervisor Construction Stage (PSCS).Review construction phase safety plans and ensure effective site coordination.Salary & Benefits:Excellent base salary and full range of benefits.
