Customer Account Manager Job Description

\

As a key member of our organization, the Customer Account Manager plays a vital role in driving revenue growth through effective leadership and customer relationships. This position requires a strong understanding of customers' needs and market trends to develop strategies for upselling and cross-selling value-added services.

\


Key Responsibilities:

\
\
* Provide leadership, direction, and vision to the account management team, ensuring key revenue and customer retention targets are met.
\
* Proactively manage up-sell and cross-sell activities undertaken by the team, including additional sales of security products, add locations, e-commerce gateways, and card types.
\
* Execute and report on the performance of the account management team and their KPIs.
\
* Lead a cross-functional effort with business areas, including credit and risk, operations, finance, marketing, fraud, legal, and sales, to minimize customer, revenue, and volume attrition across the region.
\
* Develop and implement innovative solutions to drive digital adoption and increase efficiency.
\
* Utilize proven account management strategies to improve customer loyalty and longevity, defining portfolio allocation and re-price strategies.
\
* Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to enhance the customer experience and achieve profitable revenue growth.
\
* Engage with key stakeholders within SME, Corporate, and Partner segments, particularly those leading sales and bank alliances.
\
* Oversee performance of the Hybrid Account Management model.
\
* Identify and monitor market trends and competitor activity to gain a competitive advantage.
\

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

\
\
* Bachelor's degree in economics or business-related field.
\
* 3-5 years of management experience, preferably in banking or financial services.
\
* Proven track record of leading teams to success, increasing value through selling additional services, and deploying successful retention strategies.
\
* Knowledge of Salesforce CRM system is a plus.
\
\

This position offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, requiring an in-office presence of at least 3 days per week, with flexibility to work remotely for other days. This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
