Wexford.The successful candidate will support the Team Leader and Residential Team Leader in the following:To develop and implement a person-centered plan through the implementation of personal outcomes for each client promoting self-development, individuality and independence whilst ensuring that all policy and guidelines are adhered toUndertake the role and responsibilities or delegated responsibilities of the Team Leader in their absence.Coordinate and ensure the support needs of the service users are met in their daily livesEssential Requirements:Relevant recognised Degree in Social Care /Applied Social Studies in Social Care (Level 7 on the National Framework of Qualifications) or equivalent qualificationsCORU:Registered with the Social Care Workers Registration Board maintained by CORU (evidence will be required) orHold a CORU-approved Social Care Worker qualification and have applied for CORU registration (evidence will be required) orEligible for registration with the Social Care Workers Registration Board maintained by CORU (evidence will be required)1 year of experience working with adults with an Intellectual DisabilityFull Clean Driving LicenseBe currently eligible to work in IrelandRemuneration:The successful candidate will be appointed on the Social Care Worker HSE Consolidated Payscales (Sept
