The role combines advisory expertise, sales capability, pipeline management, and accurate case administration.Key ResponsibilitiesClient Advice & EngagementDeliver clear, tailored mortgage advice based on client needs.Manage new enquiries, build rapport, and convert leads to applications.Maintain strong communication and customer service throughout the process.Drive progression of active cases and maximise conversion rates.Identify opportunities for mortgage products, insurance, and future borrowing needs.Work towards individual and team performance targets.Application ProcessingPrepare and submit mortgage applications to loan offer stage.Ensure all documentation is accurate and compliant.Liaise with lenders, clients, and third parties to resolve outstanding items.Required Skills & ExperienceExperience in Mortgage Advising and Processing in Financial Services or BrokerageStrong knowledge of mortgage products and lender criteria.Proven pipeline management and sales conversion ability.Excellent communication and client service skills.High accuracy and strong organisational skills.
