Grange Castle, Dublin 22 - Full Time
What you'll do
Lead and supervise the daily activities of the GMP cleaning team.
Plan and manage staff schedules, including cover for absences and holidays.
Ensure all cleaning and sanitisation tasks are completed to GMP and client standards.
Act as the main contact for GMP-related issues on site.
Conduct regular inspections and spot checks to maintain high standards.
Manage health & safety, including accident reporting, incident investigations, and safety communications.
Track and report safety metrics (e.g., incidents and Good Saves).
Carry out staff appraisals, team meetings, training, coaching, and performance management.
Recruit, induct, train, motivate, and develop team members.
Manage payroll administration, personnel records, and training records.
Monitor cleaning supplies and inventory, helping manage budgets and minimise waste.
Ensure compliance with COSHH, hygiene, safety, security, and company procedures.
Maintain accurate documentation, reports, logs, and electronic records.

Experience in the Pharmaceutical industry
