About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and skilled individual to fill the position of Executive Support Assistant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the General Manager and Business Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
* Sales and Customer Service Support:
You will work closely with the sales team to ensure that all customer inquiries are resolved promptly and professionally.
Stock Management:
You will be responsible for managing vehicle buy-ins, maintaining in-stock notes, tagging, and stock price adjustments.
Ownership and Compliance:
You will process SIMI ownerships, tax, VRT, AA cover, warranties, and logbook transfers.
* Reporting and Documentation:
You will update sales reports and stocklists, maintain accurate vehicle documentation, and resolve ownership issues.
