Overview
Manage resources to support IT and network security goals, reducing organisational risk in line with cyber strategy, and help develop and implement security plans.
What you'll do
Lead end-to-end cybersecurity strategy across network, cloud, and digital platforms, ensuring compliance with regulations (including NIS2 Directive) and strong governance practices
Strengthen risk management across supply chain, incident response, and overall security operations, with clear performance metrics and continuous improvement
Act as the key interface with regulators and senior leadership, providing structured reporting and driving accountability for cyber risk
Oversee team performance, priorities, and delivery quality, including escalations, incident support, and timely audit remediation
Develop team capability through coaching, objective setting, performance feedback, and structured training plans
What I need from You
Proven experience leading cybersecurity teams and delivering strategy across complex IT, network, and digital environments
Strong expertise in risk management, security governance, and regulatory compliance (including frameworks like the NIS2 Directive)
Solid technical understanding of network security, systems, threats, and vulnerabilities, with hands‑on knowledge across platforms (e.g. Windows/Linux)
Ability to manage projects, prioritise effectively, and deliver results while influencing stakeholders at all levels
