Our regional offices of over 2500 colleagues operate collaboratively, combining collective expertise to maximise potential.DescriptionOur Nenagh office is seeking a personable and organised Receptionist to play a pivotal role in creating a welcoming and professional environment for clients, visitors, and employees while ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the office.Key ResponsibilitiesGreet clients and visitors in a professional, courteous mannerAnswer and direct phone calls using a multi-line telephone systemManage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveriesMaintain a tidy and welcoming reception areaSchedule and confirm client appointmentsManage meeting room bookings and preparationProvide general administrative support to the team (filing, scanning, photocopying)Maintain confidentiality and discretion with sensitive client informationMonitor and order office supplies as neededAssist with onboarding new clients (e.g., issuing welcome packs or collecting documents)Assist with onboarding new staff (e.g., issuing welcome packs or collecting documents)Managing the office's ant-money laundering obligationsArranging/assisting with in-office eventsAssisting the wider Xeinadin functional teams – finance, people, marketingMaintaining the partner's diary and timesheetsKey RequirementsProven experience as a receptionist, front office representative, or similar role.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).Additional RequirementsModelOffice BasedSalaryCompetitiveBenefitsBenefitsCompany Pension Scheme25 days of annual leave + bank holidaysAdditional annual leave days from certain levels of seniorityAbility to buy up to 5 days of annual leave to reach a maximum of 30 days per annumBusiness closure over Christmas*Life Assurance x4 annual salaryEnhanced family leave policiesEnhanced Company Sick PayEmployee Assistance Programme – 24/7 support, free and confidentialCorporate Discounts PlatformFlexible Benefits platform with ability to opt-in to various insurances (level of seniority dependent & self-funded at corporate rates) such as:PMI single or familyCritical Illness CoverCash planCycle to workEye careDentalsubject to exceptions and business needs
