Due to continued growth, we are now hiring a Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Dublin. As a Recruitment Consultant, you are primarily responsible to manage the recruitment process on behalf of client companies. As a consultant you are seeking high level job opportunities within firms to source the best candidates for that role and manage their process from interview preparation to offer and acceptance. In addition, you would be trained in both 180 (candidate -facing) and 360 (client side) business development and account management.
Responsibilities:Manage the end to end hiring process – from sourcing new candidates, contract negotiations, through to onboardingDevelop new business opportunities and account managing existing businessCollecting vacancy briefs from your clients to gain full understanding of the vacancy requirementsMaintain a high level of customer service at all times, offering advice and consultative insights where possible
RequirementsBachelors degree in Business Studies, Marketing or related field2+ years of experience in recruitment, finance, sales or a client facing environmentDemonstrated excellent written and verbal communication skillsDemonstrated interpersonal skillsExcel in a fast -paced environment
