Ensure the Off-Licenc Department operates efficiently and effectively at all times.
Provide customers with excellent quality products and services.

Previous customer service experience is an advantage.
Responsibilities

Adhere to weekly stocktaking and daily waste procedures in the Off-Licenc
Implement and follow planograms
Merchandise and present the Off-Licenc department to the highest standard at all times
Deal with all customer queries efficiently, professionally and consistently with store policy
Attend relevant training as required and implement learnings in store.
