As part of our IT team, your expertise and commitment will help facilitate our patient-focused mission by developing and enhancing technological solutions.How you will make an impact:Lead IT system architecture, design solutions, manage vendors, software contracts, and projects focused on cloud infrastructure and IP protectionArchitect robust cloud solutions that are scalable and meet the needs of solution development while ensuring solutions architecture adheres to regulatory requirementsEvaluate new IT technologies and build effective solutions for NPDArchitect end-to-end solutions using Cloud services and microservices (e.g., IoT and Container Services) and partner with key stakeholders (e.g., BU) to evaluate business needsDevelop configuration management and application deployment using tools (e.g., Ansible, Puppet, Chef)Perform complex software code reviews for products and verify reviews from team membersStreamline IT Business processes impacting NPDManage vendor relationships and harmonize needs across stakeholdersProvide coaching, mentoring, and knowledge transfer to team membersWhat you’ll need:10+ years of related experienceBachelor's Degree in a related fieldCertifications in cloud disciplinesExperience working in a regulated manufacturing environmentExperience with hospital networks, servers, and network infrastructure (preferred)Experience with Design for Six Sigma or related product development methods (preferred)Knowledge of Medical Device product lifecycle (preferred)What else we look for:Experience with Cloud Infrastructure and Software solutionsExperience with AWS S3, Redshift, Azure DW, Azure Blob StorageKnowledge of AWS or Azure account setup, governance, and architecture best practicesExperience with system engineering for hardware and software systemsProgramming skills in Java, Python, or similarProficiency with requirements management, engineering analysis, and statistical toolsTechnical project management skills on multi-year, multi-functional projectsAdvanced experience with Microsoft Azure and AWSFamiliarity with container and resource management technologies (Kubernetes, Docker, Apache Mesos)Excellent documentation, communication, and interpersonal skillsRecognized expertise in own area with broad technical knowledgeExpertise in Azure IaaS and PaaS componentsExpertise in AWS VPCs, EC2, routing, and other AWS servicesExperience with Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation, PowerShell)Ability to review cloud automation scriptsAttention to detail and professional interaction skillsAbility to manage priorities in a fast-paced environmentAdherence to company protocols and safety/environmental standards
