A 32(+) hour per week vacancy now exists for a HR Administrator to join our Management Team at The Jelly Bean Factory, IDA Business & Technology Park, Snugborough road, Blanchardstown, Dublin 15.
Responsibilities:
Provide day to day HR support across various areas including benefits administration, employee relations, performance management.
General HR administrative duties, amongst others, maintaining employee data in the HR Information system (Workday), Time & Attendance system (ProTime), Pension &, Health Care administration, as well as Holiday accrual etc.
Provide support for end-to-end recruitment & selection process, contractual requirements, and training records, support local recruitment.
Assist in the onboarding and offboarding of new starters/leavers.
General office administration including liaising with suppliers, management of employee workwear, PPE, internal cleaning team, employee events etc.
Cooperation with the remote HRBP, rolling out annual HR Agenda by execution of local activities.
