Residential Service Leadership Opportunity

Requirements:
* Postgraduate degree in Social Care or a related field
* Minimum 5 years' experience in management roles within children's residential care services at a senior level
* Proven track record of leadership, team-building, and service development skills
* Strong understanding of HIQA standards and relevant legislation
* Full clean driving licence and access to own transport (role may involve regional travel)
