Overview
The role holder will be required to manage and deliver all in-store visual communications through the lens of the customer to the highest standard, in accordance with brand guidelines and to maximise sales while driving best practice across the organisation.

Responsibilities
* Develop and manage the execution of in-store marketing activities, including point-of-sale materials, displays/fixtures and activations, including planning, production scheduling and installation.
* Lead with a customer-first approach to deliver best-in-class communications and activations, which positively influence purchase decisions and contribute towards memorable customer experiences.
* Manage execution of elements and solutions required to deliver on trading and marketing calendars along with ad hoc business requirements, employee focused initiatives etc. in conjunction with Operations and Category teams.
* Proactively participate in customer journey mapping and recommend improvements. Continuously appraise the passenger journey, identifying barriers and motivators for purchase, informing shopper marketing strategy development.
* Aware of and responsive to shopper marketing and core category trends, proactively identifying actions required.
* Translate customer and stakeholder feedback into positive action in a timely manner.
* Work closely with in-store and global teams to deliver consistent communications, identify and resolve any issues which may arise.
* Collaborate with internal teams to develop and deliver omnichannel initiatives across various touchpoints.
* Manage and develop graphics and installation team to perform to the highest standard.
* Manage budget, optimise spend and adapt as required.
* Negotiate and manage third-party suppliers and on-site installations including completion of the work permit application process as required.
