Responsibilities: Oversee engine maintenance, repair, and overhaul events. Manage powerplant technical matters for leased aircraft and engines. Develop MRO strategies, maintenance reserve rates, and forecasting tools. Support engine acquisitions, disposals, and lifecycle management. Build and maintain relationships with OEMs, MROs, and airline clients. Requirements: Degree in Aeronautical or Mechanical Engineering. Minimum 2 years' experience in aircraft or engine leasing, maintenance, or related fields. Strong technical and commercial acumen, with proven project management skills.
