Job Description

We are seeking a skilled operative to join our production team.


* To operate slicer machines and maintain high levels of efficiency and productivity in all tasks assigned.

* To change base webs, films, and labels on packs when required ensuring that all products meet the expected quality standards.

* Coordinate with log prep/packaging teams when necessary to ensure seamless operations within the department.

* To collect accurate slicing/packaging yield information as needed for data analysis and process improvements.

We require an individual who:



* Has strong communication skills, enabling effective collaboration within the team environment;

* Is highly motivated and enthusiastic about contributing to a dynamic work setting;

* Possesses level-headedness with a logical approach to problem-solving;

* CAN be flexible in adapting quickly to changing requirements while maintaining focus on set priorities;
