Night Time FAB Agent
Location: Dundalk Head Office
Role Purpose: To provide a friendly and efficient phone service to all BOYLE Sports customers.
Key Responsibilities (Main Duties):
* Provide a friendly and efficient bet placement service to BOYLE Sports customers
* Provide support & assistance to online customers during working hours
* Process all customer requests that require additional administration duties Meet Organisational Objectives
* Play a critical role in the delivery of the organisations objective of being customer service focused
* Provide frontline support to all of our customers both internally & externally
* Provide support to marketing campaigns
Performance measurements:
* Meet and exceed performance standards set out in the call monitoring process
* Demonstrate commitment through punctuality and attendance Training:
* Undertake to learn new skills and knowledge as your job requires
* Take an interest in sporting events
BOYLE Sports Call Centre agents must have:
* Excellent telephone manner
* An ability to demonstrate patience and enthusiasm with BOYLE Sports customers
* Aptitude to deliver a customer focused service
* Enthusiasm and self-motivated
* A logical and accurate approach to work and the ability to learn new skills quickly
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* PC skills including Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint are desirable but not mandatory
