We have an opportunity for a Store Replenishment Business Analyst to join our team. This role can be based either from Cork or Dublin. The successful candidate will join a high-performance team that delivers strong support to stores and the wider business in a fast-paced & dynamic environment. A key requirement of the role includes creating partnerships across the business to drive the achievement of Lowest Cost / Cost Optimal & Growing Good Business. This role will be responsible for developing business solutions in the area of store replenishment using a combination of data analysis, systems knowledge and business acumen. Working closely with colleagues across Supply Chain and Trading to maximise the benefits of the replenishment systems. What youll be doing: The main responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to: Formulate plans for Replenishment system updates for; Events, seasonal changes, new store openings etc. Producing key metrics around the quality of system generated orders, for example the level of retailer override. Develop innovative systems-based solutions for business challenges related to store replenishment. Support the development of store replenishment systems through continuous improvement. Identifying any additional metrics and reports that would be useful and manage their design and production. Looking at alternative replenishment algorithms available within the system to determine suitability for any product ranges. Work with replenishment co-ordinators to Identify any trends from the data that might indicate future issues such as competitor impacts, weather changes, reduced availability etc. Presenting the metrics and other report outputs in a suitable way depending on the consumer (Retail Replenishment team, Executive team, Retailers etc). Identifying ways to capture potential data issues and report on these. Managing the communication with internal and external stakeholders at multiple levels. What were looking for: The successful candidate will be/have: Strong background in Retail or Supply chain in a FMCG environment. Relevant qualification(s) in IT and /or Supply Chain. Understanding of replenishment or sales based on ordering systems. Experience and expertise in using a variety of tools and techniques to analyse data. Ability to generate insight from data, develop into action plan and deliver outcomes. Ability to provide metrics in a format consumable by business stakeholders. Strong communication styles and techniques: ability to communicate across the support team and with business stakeholders. Proven track record of delivering results in a fast-moving commercial environment. Excellent planning and organisational skills. Excellent commercial awareness and analytical skills. Works well both on own initiative and as part of a high performing team. Why Musgrave?
