Position: Warehouse Operative – Goods Outward – Night Shift
Salary: € €4.50 shif allowance per hours, plus up to €75 per week performance related pay
Hours of
work: 19:30 – 05:00 Monday to Thursday, Sunday 08:00-12:00 /12:00-16:00
(plus overtime)

About the
Job:
We have an
exciting opportunity for an experienced warehouse operative to join our
warehouse team. The successful candidate will have proven demonstratable
experience in all areas of warehousing processes and procedures.
The key focus of
the goods outward team is to ensure that all goods are picked, packed and sent
correctly on a daily basis in order to achieve full customer satisfaction,
whilst being involved actively with continuous improvement projects and having
responsibility for ensuring that the workplace environment is maintained in a
clean and orderly fashion.
Responsibilities:
·
Process orders for next day
delivery.
·
Loading and unloading of
vehicles.
·
Quality evaluation of goods
leaving the site.
·
Ensure that all goods are
labelled correctly
· Operating a fork truck to move
pallets between locations and ensuring that products are stored correctly and
safely.
·
Liaising with the other
departments to ensure full customer satisfaction.
·
Assist in other areas of the
warehouse as and when necessary.
· Ensure compliance to health and
safety legislation at all times especially manual handling and safety
requirements.
Requirements:
· years demonstratable
experience within a warehouse function in a fast-moving warehouse environment.
·
2+ years demonstratable
experience of WMS
·
Demonstratable understanding on
warehouses functions and the affect it has on entire business.
·
Reach, Counter Balance Fork-Truck and Power Balance Truck licenses essential
