FULL TIME POSITION
Hourly rate PAYE-weekly, depending on experience.
We are looking for a Working Foreman/ 'Right Hand Man' with Carpentry background for high-end, fast paced projects, however, candidate must be prepared to do/supervise all aspects of construction. We are a small but progressive construction company with a very busy work load, looking for people to add to the team
ie. demolition, to stud work and slabbing, wall and floor tilling, carpentry, tape/jointing, maintenance work
A minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role is required.
A carpentry background is essential.
Must be able to:
Coordinate daily tasks according to priorities and plans, making changes when necessary
Delegate individual responsibilities and tasks to crew members and contractors
Keep daily records of all staff on site, subcontractors and materials
Ensure a safe, efficent working environment
