Reperio has partnered with an established Dublin based client who are seeking a Front-End Technical Lead to support the development of high-traffic, customer-facing web applications. The role involves leading a front-end team, setting technical direction, and delivering scalable, high-performance solutions across multiple regions. This is a 12-month contract.
Responsibilities:
1. Lead and mentor a team of front-end engineers
2. Design and implement robust, scalable web applications
3. Conduct code reviews and maintain development standards
4. Promote the use of modern tools, frameworks, and best practices
5. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end solutions
Requirements:
6. 8+ years of software development experience, including 2+ years in a technical leadership role
7. Advanced proficiency in (v2/v3) & Tailwind CSS
8. Strong experience integrating front-end systems with REST/SOAP APIs; familiarity with PHP/Symfony backends
9. Solid knowledge of MySQL and data-driven application design
10. Practical experience with Docker and Kubernetes
11. Hands-on expertise in CI/CD pipelines and test automation tools (. Cypress)
12. In-depth understanding of front-end architecture, scalability, and performance
13. Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly across technical and non-technical teams
