Technical Support Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
* Contribute to the ICT Help Desk Support Function
* Offer front-line helpdesk support
* Create and maintain documentation
* Determine and resolve technical hardware and software issues
* Conduct research using available information resources
* Advise users on appropriate actions
This position is part of our Information & Communications Technology Services Department, responsible for maintaining and supporting suitable ICT systems to enable staff and students to meet the strategic goals and targets of a modern teaching, learning, and research environment.
To achieve this goal, the successful candidate will be required to work flexible hours, including evenings and Saturdays as needed. They will contribute to a team that provides essential technical support to various stakeholders, ensuring seamless delivery of services.
