Project Director Role
As a seasoned Project Director, you will lead multiple teams, oversee project scope and change control, monitor progress, collaborate with disciplines on planning and execution, and provide regular status reports. Your responsibilities will include leading project teams, managing scope and change control, monitoring project progress and performance, partnering with other disciplines, providing training and mentoring to team leads, and ensuring all decision, risk, and action logs are up-to-date.
Key Responsibilities:

* Monitor project progress and performance
* Collaborate with Engineering, Construction & Quality disciplines on planning and execution
* Provide regular status reports to the Core team and Project Management
* Provide training and mentoring to team leads
* Oversee cost, risks, change management, and schedule effort for project teams
* Ensure all decision, risk, and action logs are kept up to date
* Resolve cross-functional issues across project teams or issues impacting project teams
* Monitor the performance of project teams against the project management plan and performance baseline
Required Experience:
* Project Experience
* Project Management Certification
* Pharmaceutical Construction project experience
