Senior Change Consultant
My Dublin City Centre based client is looking for an experienced People Change Project Manager
to join their team on a contract basis. This is a daily rate contract contract position initially for 6 months but with an excellent chance of extension.
Qualification or experience / skills:
strong relevant experience in
change management
:
1. Leading comms & engagement activities
2. Business analysis
3. Stakeholder management
4. Impact assessment (stakeholders impacted, type and level of impact)
5. Training needs analysis / training design and delivery
6. Business or org readiness assessment
7. Usage and adoption monitoring
8. And/or leading large transformation programmes or programme workstreams
9. Nice to have: relevant 3rd level degree (e.g., in Psychology, HR, Organisational Change), qualifications (Prosci, behavioural science, coaching)

Education Requirements:
* 3rd Level qualification is preferred.
