Ryanair are currently recruiting for aBase Maintenance Planning Managerto join Europe’s largest airline group.

The successful candidate should be both highly motivated and an experience planned as this is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing the planning and coordination of Base Maintenance activities across our network, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and minimal disruption to operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage the Base Maintenance Planning team, ensuring optimal scheduling of heavy maintenance checks across Ryanair’s fleet.
* Develop and maintain long-term base maintenance plans in coordination with Engineering, Operations, and third-party MROs.
* Ensure all maintenance activities are planned in accordance with EASA Part-CAMO and Part-145 regulations.
* Monitor and report on KPIs related to maintenance planning efficiency, aircraft downtime, and resource utilization.
* Liaise with internal stakeholders and external maintenance providers to ensure timely execution of maintenance tasks.
* Drive continuous improvement in planning processes, tools, and systems.
* Support the Head of Planning in strategic initiatives and capacity planning for future fleet growth.
Requirements
* Minimum 4 years’ experience in aircraft maintenance planning.
* Strong knowledge of EASA Part-CAMO and Part-145 regulations.
* Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.Degree in Aeronautical Engineering or related field preferred
* Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
