Operations Manager Role
This is a senior leadership position that requires strong commercial awareness, strategic planning skills, and the ability to manage multiple departments effectively.
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of senior operations experience in a hotel, with a background managing food & beverage, front office, and events.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the General Manager and head office in maintaining efficient operation of all departments
* Plan, budget, and manage costs to align resources for optimal performance
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing calm and confident leadership, developing teams, and driving guest satisfaction.
