The Role
We're looking for a proactive and technically minded
CRM Support Specialist
to join our team. In this role, you'll be the go‑to expert for troubleshooting issues, supporting users, maintaining data quality, and helping us get the best out of our CRM platform. You'll work closely with teams across the business to ensure our CRM runs smoothly, efficiently, and in a way that drives great customer and internal experiences.
What you will do
* Provide first‑line and second‑line support for CRM users across the organisation
* Troubleshoot system errors, access issues, workflow problems, and data queries
* Maintain high standards of data accuracy, consistency, and compliance
* Support new feature rollouts, system updates, and enhancements
* Produce training materials and deliver user training where required
* Collaborate with internal teams to identify opportunities for CRM improvements
* Log and escalate technical issues with our CRM vendor or internal IT teams
* Monitor CRM performance and proactively suggest optimisations
You will have:
Essential:
* Previous experience in a CRM support, system admin, or technical support role
* Strong understanding of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Dynamics, HubSpot, Zoho)
* Excellent troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills
* Confident communicator with the ability to translate technical issues for non‑technical users
* High attention to detail, particularly around data quality and accuracy
* Comfortable working independently as well as part of a collaborative team
Desirable:
* Experience with workflow automation, dashboards, and report building
* Understanding of data governance, GDPR, and security best practices
* Knowledge of APIs or integrations between CRM and other business systems
