Head of Land & Property Acquisitions (Ref 2026-56)
Location: 2 Adelaide Street, Belfast, BT2 8PB
To lead and manage the Land and Property Acquisitions Team, ensuring the strategic identification, negotiation, and acquisition of land and property to support the Housing Executive’s development objectives. The postholder will drive delivery of housing supply targets, regeneration projects, and strategic land assembly in line with corporate priorities and statutory obligations and supports Housing Executive business delivery and our vision and values.
The current salary for this post is £53,460 - £63,580 per annum. We also have an excellent pension scheme with an employer contribution of 19%.
