What Youll Do: Recruit Top Talent: Use our extensive database, social media, job boards and headhunting skills to source and place professionals in the Engineering, Technical and Science sectors.
Build Relationships: Create long-term partnerships with clients and candidates through great service, insight and a genuine interest in their success.
Develop Sector Expertise: Build your knowledge of key industries and trends to become a trusted advisor to your clients.
Own the Process: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job brief through to offer - delivering a seamless, professional experience for clients and candidates alike.
Drive Performance: Work to realistic KPIs and revenue targets that reward quality as well as results.
What Youll Bring: Experience: Minimum 1 years experience in a professional environment Education: Degree qualified in a relevant field is an advantage or similar HR qualification (Science, Engineering, Technical or Business).
Sourcing Know-How: Skilled at using a range of sourcing techniques to find and engage great talent.
Problem-Solver: Resilient, resourceful and ready to offer creative solutions to client and candidate challenges.
People-Focused: A natural relationship-builder with a genuine interest in careers, business, and doing right by people.
