Job Overview
As a facilities professional, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the optimal operation and maintenance of plant infrastructure and utilities.
* Collaborate with the facilities manager to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
* Provide technical support for operations and validated processes in medical device manufacturing.
* Ensure that plant facilities meet required standards and support customer and production needs.
Key Responsibilities
* Facilities engineering support of ISO8 Grade D clean room controlled environment for high volume manufacturing of medical devices.
* Technical support of HVAC systems with reverse osmosis humidification, LPHW, chiller, and gas-fired boilers.
* Commissioning and validation of facilities clean room systems and utilities.
* Be the subject matter expert for environmental monitoring systems, pest control operating system and procedure, change control, and PM's/UM's.
* Operate and manipulate BMS control of key items of facilities infrastructure in support of manufacturing requirements.
* Ongoing maintenance and recertification of validated systems.
Requirements
* A degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Environmental Engineering or equivalent qualification with relevant work experience.
* Experience in maintenance, commissioning, and validation of HVAC, CDA, and clean room systems.
* Strong computer literacy in MS Office and BMS/EMS systems.
* Desirable: competency in AutoCAD and drawing generation.
