HR Business Partner – 12 Month FTC (Hybrid)
Kildare - Hybrid, with occasional site visits in Ireland
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR Business Partner to join a global engineering services organisation supporting some of the world’s leading manufacturers in high-growth sectors including technology, pharma, and data centres.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working across both strategic HR projects and hands-on people support, helping to shape culture, build capability, and deliver real impact.
What You’ll Do
* Partner with business leaders to deliver HR strategies that drive growth.
* Lead initiatives in talent management, learning & development, and employee engagement.
* Provide coaching and guidance to people managers on performance and employee relations.
* Support recruitment and succession planning.
* Deliver HR insights and reporting to senior leadership.
* Champion projects that enhance employee experience and organisational capability.
What We’re Looking For
* 5+ years’ HR experience with a proven track record as a Business Partner.
* Strong knowledge of talent development, engagement, and HR project delivery.
* Excellent influencing and stakeholder management skills.
* Highly organised, collaborative, and people-focused.
* Degree-qualified in a relevant discipline.
