11 Month Maternity Cover(with potential to extend)
We are seeking an experienced Senior Marketing Manager to cover maternity leave, with the potential for the role to become permanent for the right candidate. You’ll lead client accounts, shape marketing strategy, deliver multi-channel campaigns, and work closely with both clients and our internal team to generate measurable results.
This role suits someone with a strong agency background and experience delivering integrated B2B programmes, particularly across industrial and professional services sectors. It is a great position for someone who is both analytical and creative.

Responsibilities
oCollaborate with the Director of Marketing and senior client stakeholders to shape effective marketing strategies.
oManage your own portfolio of clients, from proposals through to delivery.
oBuild strong, lasting relationships and act as the day-to-day contact.
oPlan and execute campaigns tailored to each client’s commercial goals.
oMix brand awareness, demand generation and lead nurturing tactics as needed.
oMonitor programme performance and adjust plans based on results.
oWork closely with client sales and marketing teams to align efforts and share insights.
oUnderstand their products, services, and priorities.
oMaintain regular contact via calls, in-person meetings, email updates and regular presentations.
Campaign Execution
oManage and optimise multi-channel campaigns, including digital, offline and Account-Based Marketing (ABM).
oConfident working hands-on with a variety of tactics and platforms.
Content Creation
oWork with clients and internal teams to create engaging, well-crafted content.
oCollaborate with internal designers, developers and copywriters to produce high-quality assets.
oWrite and shape blogs, whitepapers, landing pages, emails, ads and social posts.
oCollaborate with design colleagues to produce compelling assets.
oWhen needed, coordinate with external photographers and digital advertisers to support campaign delivery.
oTrack performance across all levels — campaign and overall programme.
oUse insights to inform next steps and improve outcomes
Team Development
oSupport and mentor junior marketers.
oIdentify and communicate skills gaps to the Marketing Director.
Project & Resource Management
oManage timelines, budgets and resource allocation across your accounts.
oSupport team operations, including client billing and pipeline planning.
Personal Qualities
·You’ve delivered measurable results through multi-channel B2B marketing in an agency setting.
·Strategic and detail-oriented — able to plan, manage, and execute.
·Skilled writer and communicator with experience creating content that performs.
·Comfortable working directly with clients and presenting regularly.
·Confident with data and reporting to drive ongoing improvements.
·Supportive team player, keen to share your knowledge.
Proactive, adaptable, and able to juggle multiple projects with tight deadlines.
