Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Manager to oversee the coordination of our construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing and successfully completing complex construction work packages.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the co-ordination of Civil, Structural, and Architectural work packages.
* Manage and support the CSA team (supervisors, engineers, and package managers) to deliver the project scope on time and within budget.
* Manage site safety in conjunction with the Project Manager and Project Safety Team.
* Develop and manage a detailed site plan regarding Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control to ensure project compliance.
* Manage 'day to day' site operations regarding onsite management of contractors.
* Chairing and hosting weekly progress meetings with each CSA supply chain member.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Relevant Construction degree qualification or similar.
* At least 7 years of CSA construction site experience.
* Strong background in managing and successfully completing CSA work packages.
* Experience in scheduling, programming, and sequencing.
* Experience in effectively managing internal construction teams.
* Ability to maintain an overview of entire project while managing all technical aspects.
