Requirements
Having a successful track record in recruitment in IT/gamedev companies
Skillfully managing a team – distributing workloads, evaluating results, and solving complex tasks
Possessing strong organizational skills and a systematic approach
Proficient in using X-ray and Boolean search techniques, as well as other essential candidate sourcing channels and tools
Embracing an analytical approach and always considering data when making decisions
Building strong partnership relationships with hiring managers: adept at identifying and solving recruitment challenges, and proposing ready solutions
Ability to articulate your perspective and engage in constructive debates
