Full time permanent position.
39 hours per week.
Must have at least 2 years chef experience and experience in professional cookery.
Duties and responsibilities will include:
•Working with the head chef on menu development
•Food preparation.
•Commercial cookery
•Working on varied types of dishes, mains and sides
•Helping with the training of any new junior level chefs.
•Helping in the management of kitchen health and hygiene procedures
•Cooking food to the correct specifications
Salary per annum 30,000 Euro
