Trainer Responsibilities to include but not belimited to the following Responsible for facilitating training;identifying root cause of performance health of new hireson-boarding; refresher training; andcross-training. All new hires or internally promotedtrainers are expected to go through the Trainer Readiness programdesign, develop and administer by thevendor. Trainer must maintain proficiency inbusiness knowledge, learning expertise, and facilitation skills perquarter. Vendor Training Manager will record andshare quarterly Trainer Readiness performance with the Clientteam. Underperforming trainers will be providedtwo (2) attempts to achieve proficiency per quarter.Trainers that cannot meet the quarterlyreadiness expectations cannot facilitate / support training untilthey meet trainer readiness proficiency. Vendor will provide Clientthe documented remediation process that addresses performancegaps. Attend and participate in all T3s(train-the-trainer) sessions for updated and new materials fromClient. Depending on the session, methods for completing T3 will bedetermined by the Client Training Team. This may include, but notlimited to: (1) taking the course as a learner, and (2)co-delivering the course with a tenured instructor (Client orvendor) and pass a Training QA on the material; (1) preparingpre-read materials, and (2) attending a virtual coachingsession Planning, design and delivery of Trainingsessions, including Ad-hoc Training, for both new and existing teammembers Monitor and review the progress oftrainees through questionnaires and discussions with managers andensure corrective action when needed Communicate with diverse audiences (e.g.,employees, management, other sites, etc.) to provide informationand clarification regarding training programs, actions, policies,procedures and best practices Ability to flag any discrepancies in thematerial to the Client Training Team Ensure that training solutions aredesigned in a logical, structured and clear manner, reflective oflearning objectives and suited to a variety of learningstyles Manage participation during trainingdelivery to ensure maximum contribution - test for understanding,observe behavior and alter delivery method ifnecessary Supports stakeholders through performanceconsulting to qualify development and trainingrequests Maintain enablement content materialsproviding feedback to curriculum design team to ensure content isup-to-date andrelevant Collaborate with Business Partners toensure training content is updated and aligned with policylaunches, UI updates Analyze training needs and developstrategies to improve courses and trainingdocumentation Conducts analysis to identify needs andrecommends appropriate solutions that distinguish between training,communication, and coaching and developmentopportunities Provide end of class feedback to reduceerrors and improveprocesses Ongoing readiness evaluation/procedures/enablement content; improve training effectiveness by participatingin development of new approaches, techniques, andmaterials. RecommendedQualifications Obtain pass score on language proficiencyassessment.
