THE BIG PICTURE
North Park Church (EPC) (https://www.northparkepc.org) is seeking a full-time Senior Pastor.
The Church
North Park Church has a clear mission to make disciples of Jesus who worship passionately, connect meaningfully, and impact the world. We aim to build upon the foundation laid by God and increase our disciple-making efforts.
We seek a man of character who:

* Displays spiritual discernment, wisdom, empathy, and relational awareness, faithfully representing Christ and the church.

* Preaching the whole counsel of God, centered on His Word, exalting His sovereignty, and sharing the gospel.
* Leading engaging, Christ-centered worship services.

* Equipping members for ministry and evangelism.

Required qualifications and experience:
* Masters of Divinity or equivalent from an accredited seminary.
* At least 5 years of pastoral experience, preferably with multiple staff.
* Agreement with EPC foundational beliefs, including Westminster Standards.
* Reformed, covenantal, and confessional orientation.
Job responsibilities include:
* Preaching at least 40 Sundays annually.
* Leading worship planning and sacrament administration.
* Managing a staff of eight, including associate, music, administration, and engagement directors.
* Leading session and developing future leaders.
* Teaching adult classes and providing limited counseling.
* Performing other customary duties as discussed with session.
