With significant growth over the past few years and an exciting new motor campus on the horizon, we’re looking for a Junior Sales Executive to join our team in Kildare Town.
As a Fitzpatrick's Junior Sales Executive, you will be the first point of contact for customers, initiating conversations and building rapport to excite them about the Fitzpatrick's brand.
You will welcome customers to our showroom or respond to telephone or online inquiries. You will deliver presentations of our products and vehicles, demonstrating outstanding knowledge and understanding of all things brand-related.
Don’t worry if you’re not an expert right now – our comprehensive training will teach you everything you need to know to become a brand expert.
Role and Responsibilities
1. Meeting and greeting showroom guests.
2. Presenting models and assisting with customer test drives and handovers.
3. Assisting with sales and marketing events.
4. Supporting sales staff with daily department operations.
5. Creating and maintaining a positive, customer-friendly sales environment.
6. Promoting and selling the value of all new and used vehicles in line with Fitzpatrick's and the brand’s trading policies, including updating used car websites and creating video presentations for customers.
7. Welcoming new customer inquiries via telephone, walk-in, or email.
8. Guiding and informing customers with enthusiastic and competent presentations of our vehicle range.
9. Aiming to achieve high customer satisfaction.
What We’re Looking For
1. No prior motor industry experience is necessary; however, excellent customer service skills and the ability to work well with people are essential. Previous retail experience and an interest in cars are desirable.
2. Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
3. Highly motivated with a strong customer focus.
4. Well-presented with a desire, character, and attitude to succeed.
5. Ability to quickly establish rapport with customers.
6. Full clean driver’s license.
