Brand Activation Manager

As our Brand Activation Manager, you will lead the front-end/internal deployment of all Shopper Marketing Campaigns, ensuring they are delivered to the customer-facing teams in a consistent, simple, and efficient manner. The role focuses on leading a best-in-class end-to-end execution process and materials to deliver commercial and brand growth for Suntory GB&I, enabling our customer-facing teams to be ‘Gemba centric’.
You will develop shopper toolkits for all campaigns, providing internal and external stakeholders with the right level of information and insight to deliver our shopper marketing campaigns. You will support the business in creating marketing-leading brand and commercial plans and assist in delivering our growth agenda. Ensuring seamless brand communication to our external sales team is also key. You will lead the short-term (6-month) execution process, ensuring clear and concise communication across the cross-functional business.
You will collaborate across various functions—Marketing, Sales, Category, CS&P, and Ted—regularly influencing key stakeholders at different levels to ensure optimal planning and superb execution in market. You will need to translate trends, insights, and market activity into actionable campaigns.
This is a non-customer-facing strategic role that supports other team members in being 10% Gemba centric by creating collaborative relationships with agency partners, leading flawless execution tracking and processes, and managing internal sign-offs. The role also involves delivering against customer agendas and needs, requiring a multi-faceted approach that integrates a commercial lens, brand plans, and customer perspectives to form balanced and objective recommendations.
YOUR ROLE
* Lead the creative development and management of shopper marketing campaigns across the drinks portfolio, including Lucozade Energy, Sport, and Ribena.
* Build strategic, customer-centric execution toolkits for all campaigns, including internal back-office processes.
* Develop and implement an end-to-end shopper marketing execution process that feeds into the commercial cycle.
* Oversee the tracking and evaluation of each activation campaign, maintain the master scorecard, and provide insights and recommendations for future campaigns.
* Create and lead the brand communication platform to ensure effective information flow to the sales team, providing best-in-class external content.
* Support the development and maintenance of effective relationships with shopper marketing agencies and brand partners.
* Gather and share best-in-class insights from agencies, suppliers, and retailers.
* Translate brand, consumer, and shopper insights into activation strategies.
* Review all point-of-sale materials, including new technologies and innovations.
* Support the execution of test & learn initiatives.
