Reperio has partnered with a leading enterprise organisation who are undergoing a major Agile transformation, and currently recruiting for SAFe-certified Release Train Engineer (RTE) to support the launch of a brand new Agile Release Train (ART) for their major enterprise programme. This is a critical, hands-on role offering the opportunity to shape and lead delivery.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work at the heart of a large-scale Agile Release Train, driving cross-team collaboration, continuous delivery, and value flow. The role offers a flexible working arrangement.
Responsibilities:
1. Facilitate Program Increment (PI) Planning, ART syncs, and system demos
2. Drive the flow of value using Agile tools and frameworks (SAFe, Kanban,
3. Work with Product Management, Scrum Masters, and Engineering to manage risks and dependencies
4. Champion Agile best practices and ensure alignment across teams
5. Lead Inspect & Adapt workshops and continuous improvement initiatives
6. Act as a servant leader and coach across the Agile Release Train
Requirements:
7. Proven experience as a Release Train Engineer in complex, enterprise-level environments
8. Strong knowledge of Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) - SAFe RTE certification is highly desirable
9. Excellent stakeholder management and facilitation skills
10. Experience using Agile delivery tools (., Jira, Rally, or equivalent)
11. Ability to work independently and influence without authority
