Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic and client-oriented Sales & Student Advisor to support our LATAM market.
You will provide guidance and assistance to prospective students to maximise enrolments and ensure a positive customer experience.
This role involves market research, promotion, sales, and direct interaction with clients via email, phone, and in-person meetings.
Responsibilities
Prospect, approach, and support potential students to encourage enrolments.
Conduct market research to identify opportunities and increase sales within the LATAM region.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and follow-up.
Assess customer needs and provide accurate information about courses, living experiences in Ireland, and student visa processes.
Manage customer inquiries and handle complaints with patience, professionalism, and empathy.
Maintain accurate records of sales activity and client interactions.
Collaborate with the Marketing, Academic, and Administration teams to enhance the student experience.
Perform ad-hoc administrative tasks when required.
Qualifications & Requirements
Fluent in Spanish (required).
Upper-Intermediate English level (B1/B2 or higher).
Previous experience in sales or customer service.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
Customer-focused, with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to define and achieve sales targets.
Organized, proactive, and able to multitask in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
Good knowledge of Excel and general computer literacy.
