Your new role Deliver high-level executive support to senior library leadership.
Manage complex calendars, coordinate high-level meetings, and prepare agendas.
Draft and review confidential correspondence, reports, and presentations.
Act as a trusted liaison between senior management and internal/external stakeholders.
Organise travel, events, and logistics for senior executives.
Ensure compliance with institutional policies and maintain strict confidentiality.
What you'll need to succeed Proven experience as a Personal Assistant at senior or executive level, ideally within a large organisation.
Exceptional organisational and time-management skills with the ability to handle competing priorities.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail.
Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Ability to work independently, exercise discretion, and maintain confidentiality at all times.
