Job Summary
We are seeking an organized and proactive Office Administrator to manage daily office operations and support business functions. The ideal candidate will ensure the smooth running of the office, handle administrative tasks efficiently, and provide support to management and staff.
Responsibilities
Oversee and manage day‑to‑day office operations to ensure efficiency and effectivenessHandle incoming calls, emails, and general correspondence in a professional mannerMonitor and maintain office supplies, placing orders as requiredDevelop and maintain organised filing systems (both physical and digital)Support the preparation of reports, presentations, and business documentationCoordinate office maintenance, repairs, and manage vendor relationshipsAssist with basic accounting tasks, including invoicing, expense tracking, and purchase ordersSupport onboarding processes for new employees and maintain accurate personnel recordsCoordinate office logistics, including events, travel arrangements, and internal operations
Basic Qualifications
Diploma or degree in Business Administration or related field
Travel & Work Arrangements/Requirements
Fully site based.
Proven experience in an administrative or office support roleStrong organizational and time‑management skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectivelyAttention to detail and problem‑solving skillsProfessional attitude and strong work ethic
