I. JOB OVERVIEW
The Director of Specialized Training will design, lead, and continually enhance hospitality and tourism training programs, integrating EHL's globally recognized expertise with Vietnam's tradition of service excellence.
II. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Develop and update specialized training modules in alignment with EHL's framework and industry needs.
* Recruit, mentor, and evaluate faculty and guest lecturers.
* Assess program effectiveness, introducing innovative teaching approaches and practical learning experiences.
* Build and maintain strong connections with hospitality partners for internships and work placements.
* Manage departmental resources and budgets efficiently.
III. REQUIREMENTS
* Master's or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or Education.
* At least 7 years of experience in vocational training, curriculum development, or industry-specific education.
* In-depth understanding of hospitality service standards and training best practices.
* Strong leadership, communication, and industry engagement skills.
