Residential Service Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Residential Service Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for the delivery of high-quality residential services that meet the needs and expectations of our clients.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in health and social care, with a minimum of three years' experience in a similar or related field. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to manage challenging behaviors and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities will include:
* Providing leadership and guidance to staff on a daily basis
* Supervising and supporting staff to ensure they have the necessary training and development opportunities
* Designing, implementing, and reviewing quality monitoring systems to ensure compliance with relevant legislation and standards
* Ensuring adequate staffing levels and participating in rostering where applicable
* Providing support and assistance to clients in all aspects of independent living
* Documenting information, updating records, and completing necessary paperwork
