We are currently recruiting an Enhanced Staff Nurse – Anaesthetics (Operating Theatre) for a leading hospital in Dublin .
Job Title: Staff Nurse Department: Anaesthetics – Theatre Job Type: Permanent Hours: 37.5 hours per week (Full-Time) Responsibilities Create and record a care plan based on best practices and the needs of the patient.
Revise the computerised or printed care plan.
Create individualised and suitable patient education and discharge plans, and make use of the ward's resources.
In line with the patient care plan, cooperate with other members of the healthcare team within the designated clinical area.
Establish discharge standards as soon as the patient is admitted.
Make time in your schedule for meetings, training, and other activities.
Perform operations in accordance with established policy and procedures and provide safe, thorough nursing based on current standards and research.
Care plans should be properly reviewed and updated.
Assess one's own nursing practice in relation to care standards and be aware of one's own capabilities.
