At Comfort Keepers our Branch Managers play a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of their branch. Their primary responsibility is to ensure the delivery of high-quality care services to clients while leading a dynamic team of Home Support Workers, Nurses, and Office Employees. The role also involves ensuring full compliance with regulatory standards and driving the branch's growth & success. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication and leadership skills, enabling them to effectively implement and drive Comfort Keepers strategic vision and goals.

What You'll Do:
* Drive the growth and success of your branch
* Lead a dynamic team delivering high-quality home care
* Ensure compliance with regulatory standards
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and families
What We're Looking For:
* Strong leadership and management skills
* Minimum Level 6 QQI in management or health/ social care
* Previous experience in the healthcare or home care sector
* Excellent communication and organisational abilities
* Must have Full Clean Driving Licence & Own Car
