Job Details
CLINICAL NURSE MANAGER 1 / SOCIAL CARE LEADER / PIC CRS, Dublin Services.
CNM1 – Permanent Full‑Time Contract (37.5 Hours Per Week)
SCL – Permanent Full‑Time Contract (39 Hours Per Week)
Salaries – CNM1 €57,208 – €67,372, SCL €56,915 – €66,465
Salary subject to relevant Public Sector experience and pro‑rated for hours of work.
Essential Qualifications
NMBI Registration or QQI Level 8 (level 7 degree with relevant experience considered). The award must be eligible for CORU registration.
CORU recognised Social Care Qualification (list at https://www.coru.ie/health-and-social-care-professionals/education/approved-qualifications/social-care-workers/).
Recognised Management Qualification FETAC/QQI Level 6 or equivalent, or commitment to undertake training.
In‑depth knowledge and experience of HIQA regulation.
Experience working within the area of intellectual disability.
Full clean manual Irish driving licence.
Proficiency in the English language.
Desirable Qualifications
Intellectual Disability Nurse Registration (RNID).
Knowledge of person‑centred planning and New Directions Standards for Day Services and Easitool.
Previous experience of working with people who have behaviours of concern.
Competencies
Ability to adopt a holistic and person‑centred approach.
Ensure people are supported to live their best lives and develop skills and competencies around identified areas of interest and learning.
Possess Level 2 behavioural competencies of the Avista competency framework.
