Then the Sales Executive position at MD7 – or as we call it, Lease Consultant – could be the perfect opportunity for you! In this role, you’ll have the chance to reach your full potential thanks to our transparent and uncapped commission structure. As a Lease Consultant, you will negotiate the terms for leasing mobile network sites and manage the entire contract negotiation process – guiding landlords all the way to the final signature of the lease agreements.
DAY-TO-DAY
Communication with landlords: Negotiating lease agreements via phone and attempting to establish contact with landlords
Preparation for landlord conversations: Reviewing and researching existing and/or new lease agreements using various databases and software systems
Data maintenance: Entering and updating data
Proposal creation: Preparing presentation packages with accurate information and sending them via email and post
YOUR PROFILE
Excellent German skills, written and spoken (minimum level C1)
Basic knowledge of English, written and spoken
Effective communication skills
High self-motivation and ability to work independently
Efficient time management skills
