Job Description:
As a Category Leadership Professional, you will play a pivotal role in driving commercial excellence across the supply chain through strategic leadership and innovative supplier partnerships.
This is a critical leadership role that will steer the next chapter of procurement strategy. You will be responsible for managing the total indirects category scope, including sourcing and supplier relationship management, and developing a direct team of category specialists.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute a comprehensive category strategy to deliver outstanding end-to-end value
* Drive financial and non-financial performance improvement through brilliant execution
* Own the annual planning cycle for indirects procurement
You will partner with Global Procurement teams on relevant market insights and input for all category strategy and benchmarking work. This role requires proven experience in key procurement skills, including strategy development, negotiations, analysis, forecasting and benchmarking.
